Hello to all my friends and fans!
Now that I have been in business for a few years I have come to a very strong realization. My calling is to photograph babies! I love my baby clients from before they even arrive and I absolutely adore watching them grow. Now, to all of my family session clients this doesn’t mean that I love you any less. I promise! My heart is just happiest and fullest when I am working with my tiniest clients. My 2016 schedule will run similarly to my 2015 schedule but there will be some big changes for 2017.
As of 2017 most of my available appointments on my calendar will be designated exclusively for my newborn clients and their maternity and milestone sessions throughout the first year of life. My newborn clients will receive top priority on my calendar. This doesn’t mean that having a family session with will be unavailable it only means that appointment times and dates will be offered on a very limited bases. Each spring and fall I will open up a handful of full family sessions that will be exclusively available to existing clients. I will also always hold 2-3 mini session dates throughout the year that will be available to the general public for mini family sessions or mini milestone sessions.
So what does this mean for you? Well… if you are already a client of mine you should be good to go. You just might have to be ahead of the game when scheduling your family session in 2017 and beyond if you want first pick of the available dates. If you aren’t a client of mine but don’t want to miss out on the option of booking future family sessions you can book a full family session in 2016 and you will forever be included on the list of existing clients that will have exclusive access to full family sessions moving beyond 2016.
I am so excited to be making this change in my business. Photographing newborns is such an honor to me and I am so incredibly grateful for all of my amazing clients that have entrusted me with their precious new babies many times more than once. I already have so many babies on their way in 2016 and can’t wait to meet them all!!
